Ainsley Maitland-Niles has dismissed the prospect of leaving Lyon, insisting he is fully focused on OL. As reported by Get French Football News, the 28-year-old spoke before the Europa League tie with PAOK.

"I'm not concerned with transfers. I'm 100% focused on OL, and I want to stay here: there's no possibility of a transfer in my mind," Maitland-Niles said.

"I think I'm going through a good period. The manager is happy with me, and I'm having a great season," added the England international.

"It was a surprise for me to reach 100 games with OL so quickly. What I like is starting to develop as an established player within this team."

The London-born right-back joined on a free transfer from Arsenal in summer 2023 and is under contract until June 2027.

This season he has made 27 appearances in all competitions, scoring twice and supplying three assists. His performances have helped OL excel in the UEFA Europa League and keep them in the hunt for UEFA Champions League qualification in Ligue 1.
