Ivan Toney will remain at Al Ahli, despite interest from English clubs such as Chelsea and Tottenham. His contract with Al Ahli runs until 2028.

The Saudi club signed the 29-year-old English striker from Brentford in the summer of 2024. In his debut season, he scored 23 goals and provided 4 assists in 30 league matches. This season, he already has 9 goals and 2 assists in 12 games across all competitions.
Rumors had swirled about a possible return to the Premier League, particularly in the form of a loan move to Chelsea or Tottenham. But according to CaughtOffside, Al Ahli are not willing to let him leave. Toney, however, is believed to be seeking a transfer to boost his chances of making England's squad for the 2026 World Cup.
