The "Club of the Century" plans to submit an official request to the Egyptian Professional Clubs League to appoint foreign referees for its two crucial encounters against Zamalek SC and Pyramids FC in the championship's final phase.

According to an internal source cited by "Yallakora," the club's management has decided to act ahead of the decisive round to ensure neutral officiating for these two pivotal fixtures in the title race.

Additionally, the board intends to contact the League to find out the exact date of the second phase draw, which will allow them to plan technical and administrative matters in advance.

The first phase of the championship is scheduled to conclude on March 9 with the rescheduled matches. The draw for the second round will follow immediately after.

Currently, Al Ahly sits fourth in the standings with 33 points from 16 matches, amid fierce competition among the title contenders as the decisive phase approaches.
