Al Hilal bid farewell to forward Kaio César on social media on Tuesday morning, the player having arrived on Monday to undergo medicals and finalise a loan to Corinthians through the end of 2026.

With minutes scarce at Al Hilal, he has played 16 matches since August, recording one goal and three assists.

Coach Dorival Júnior requested his signing to strengthen the attack, particularly on the right flank, adding depth and pace. At present, Dieguinho is the only natural option there.

Once announced, Kaio César will become Corinthians’ fourth addition this season, joining centre-back Gabriel Paulista, midfielder Matheus Pereira and right-back Pedro Milans. Milans made his debut in Sunday’s win over Velo Clube, while Gabriel and Matheus have three appearances apiece.

On reaching Brazil, Kaio said he wants to be on the pitch for Corinthians as soon as possible. He will not be involved on Wednesday against Bahia, and the club are working on the possibility of using him in the Supercopa Rei on Sunday against Flamengo.
