Ala hails Corinthians fans, shares his story on Central do Timão

In recent days, the young winger Luisinho, one of the biggest revelations in Corinthians futsal in recent years, gave an interview to Central do Timão at the Neo Química Arena studios and, in a relaxed chat, was asked about various topics.

Throughout the interview, the winger was asked about his journey to becoming a futsal player, praised the Corinthians fans in this final stretch of the season, filling the Wlamir Marques in the decisions of the Paulista Championship and National Futsal League, and detailed his relationship with his father, who also played in the sport and had a significant career in Europe.

Luisinho also mentions that he joined Corinthians in 2019 to be part of the Under-16 team and that, before that, he played matches against Alvinegro when he was playing in Sorocaba (now Magnus). He also revealed that during the youth categories, he played several finals against Ryan, a Copinha champion midfielder for Filhos do Terrão, who is part of the professional Corinthians squad.

His good performance at Corinthians earned him call-ups to the Brazilian National Team. At 22, Luisinho made his debut for the professional futsal team of Corinthians in 2021. Since then, he has scored 33 goals and provided 11 assists in 126 matches defending Alvinegro. His contract ends in December this year. With the main team, he won the São Paulo Cup 2025 and the Mucho Más International Tournament in Spain, also this year.
