Alayna Millard joins Leeds United Women

Leeds United Women are pleased to announce defender Alayna Millard has joined the club from Barnsley FC Ladies.

The full-back becomes the third signing of the summer ahead of the upcoming campaign, linking up with Simon Wood’s side for their pre-season preparations.

Last term, Millard made 18 appearances in Division One North and scored five goals. One of those proved to be the winner between the two sides, when the Whites travelled to South Yorkshire in March.

Prior to a move to Oakwell, the defender had featured for the Tykes’ rivals Barnsley Women’s FC in the same division.

Everyone at Leeds United would like to welcome Alayna to the club and we look forward to seeing her in action at the Bannister Prentice Stadium.
