Leeds United Women travel to Bradford City Women in gameweek five of the 2026/27 FA WNL Division One North campaign on Sunday, seeking to make it seven wins in a row in all competitions.

The clash serves as the first of a double-header against the Bantams, with the Whites returning the following week for the final FA WNL Cup Group T fixture against our West Yorkshire rivals.

Full-back Alayna Millard previewed Sunday's fixture.

"I’m feeling positive, we have been working really hard this week to keep our standards high," the defender told leedsunited.com.

"We know Bradford are a strong team and that’s a challenge that we look forward to. They are a very physical team and they try to keep the ball down and play quickly, so we have to make sure we’re switched on from the first minute.

"We are on a good run at the moment and the win against Stockport has definitely given us a boost," Millard reflected. "We can definitely carry some momentum and confidence from that win into Sunday.

"But we know how quickly things can change in this league so we can enjoy and celebrate Sunday but from Tuesday all our focus is on the next game. It is important that we take the games one at a time and treat every game equally no matter the opposition or previous results.

"It’s been a very positive start. I think we can be proud of how high we’ve kept our standards and how we keep improving game by game.

"It’s been so good to see everyone playing with a smile on their face and enjoying the games so far. The challenge now is to keep that going and that continues on Sunday against Bradford."
