Alessandro Milani joins Inter U23

MILANO - FC Internazionale Milano is pleased to announce the permanent signing of Alessandro Milani from Lazio. The 21-year-old full-back joins Inter U23 on a permanent transfer. Born in Latina on 14 June 2005, Milani began his football journey with Polisportiva Carso before joining Lazio at the age of 13 in 2018. After progressing through the Biancocelesti youth ranks to the Primavera side, Milani emerged as a versatile left-back with a strong attacking instinct. He then spent the 2025/26 season on loan at Avellino, where he made his professional debut in Serie B and featured in 14 league matches.
