Bournemouth have suspended Alex Jimenez amid allegations he sent inappropriate messages to underage girls.
The club said in a statement that it is aware of social media posts concerning the right back and that an investigation is under way. It added that Jimenez will not be in the squad for Saturday's Premier League match against Fulham at 16:00 and that it will not comment further.

Screenshots circulating online in recent hours appear to show an exchange involving a 15-year-old.
Among the lines highlighted were claims that he had never gone out with a 15-year-old and that he prefers younger girls.
The 21-year-old Spanish defender has made 32 appearances for Bournemouth this season, scoring once in the 3-2 home win against Liverpool.
Bournemouth are 6th in the Premier League with three matches remaining.
