Bild reports that Alphonso Davies is expected to be out for around three weeks after a hamstring injury.
The left-back was forced off in Bayern’s 3-2 win over Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday. He has a torn muscle fibre in his right hamstring.
Bayern have not set a precise recovery timeline. If the reported timeframe holds, the 24-year-old could return in mid-March.
That layoff would likely see him miss upcoming Bundesliga games against Borussia Dortmund, Borussia Mönchengladbach and Bayer Leverkusen.
He is also likely to sit out the Champions League round-of-16 first leg.
