«I had a great belief and a great motivation. We wanted to achieve this victory, as last time it slipped away by a little. For me, FC Porto is one of the teams that plays the best. Casa Pia had never beaten FC Porto. We wanted to impose our game, our identity. We wanted to compete, to seek victory. We couldn't allow FC Porto to play through the corridors and cross the ball. I think we managed to nullify that for FC Porto. With the ball, we looked for spaces, through our full-backs, but also behind FC Porto's midfielders. It's evident that FC Porto had more offensive flow, but my players were the champions».
