América set for Cruz Azul and Chivas friendlies in United States across four days | OneFootball

Club América will play Cruz Azul and Chivas in back-to-back United States friendlies across four days during the early October FIFA window. According to Americayya.net, the games come swiftly after league meetings on matchdays 8 and 9 of the Apertura 2026.

América face Cruz Azul on Thursday 1 October at Snapdragon Stadium in Los Angeles, California. The friendly makes use of the extended international break.

Three days later, on Sunday 4 October, América meet Chivas at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum for another edition of the Clásico Nacional.

Kick-offs are 8.30pm for Cruz Azul and 6.30pm for Chivas, both Central Mexico time.

None of the three clubs will have their internationals available. América are set to be without Israel Reyes, Isaías Violante, Dagoberto Espinoza, Brian Rodríguez and Oscar Perea.
