After he was forced to withdraw from Germany’s November squad due to adductor problems, Nadiem Amiri returned to full training with Mainz 05 on Wednesday.
“Yes, I’m fit again,” the 29-year-old midfielder told Bild on his way to the pitch before completing the full session.

If he avoids any setbacks, Amiri should therefore be available for Mainz’s Bundesliga clash with Hoffenheim on Friday.
This season, the Mainz star has scored seven goals and provided two assists in 16 appearances across all competitions.
