Carlo Ancelotti will announce Brazil’s squad for the March friendlies on Monday at 15:30 Brasília time, with live coverage on CBF TV on YouTube, SporTV and CazéTV, according to Coluna Do Fla.

Two Flamengo players are on the preliminary list, left-back Alex Sandro and centre-back Léo Pereira.

Flamengo are preparing for possible absences at the start of the season. The final squad is due to be confirmed later on Monday.

Brazil face France on 26 March at 17:00 Brasília time in Boston. They then meet Croatia on 31 March at 21:00 in Orlando.

Other Flamengo players could also be called by their countries. Uruguay may summon Arrascaeta, Guillermo Varela and De La Cruz, while Ecuador could include Gonzalo Plata and Colombia are assessing Jorge Carrascal.

Chile have Erick Pulgar on their radar, and Italy are monitoring Jorginho.
