Anderlecht one of many sides considering a move for Sint Truiden star Adriano Bertaccini | OneFootball

Het Nieuwsblad are reporting that Anderlecht are just one of a number of sides who are targeting Sint Truiden striker Adriano Bertaccini. The forward ended the season with an impressive 21 goals in 36 games for the side that had to fight against relegation this season. There is plenty of interest in the striker, but so far Anderlecht are the only club named in connection with the 24-year-old.

As we wrote just a week ago, the chances of Sint Truiden keeping hold of their top scorer are slim. His impressive performances for the side were bound to be noticed in Belgium and abroad. Serie A is a league that will certainly be of interest to Bertaccini, with the Bundesliga also having been mentioned as a potential landing spot. Regardless of where he ends up, Sint Truiden will need to start planning for the 2025/2026 season without the striker. He will be tough to replace, with the sides second scorer being Andres Ferrari with just five goals.
