Former Liverpool target Andre Trindade is set to secure his long-awaited Premier League move this summer, with Fulham in advanced discussions over the Brazilian defensive midfielder.
The Fluminense ace, who won the 2023 Copa Libertadores, was strongly linked with a move to Anfield last summer and then again during January.
There were even reports during the winter transfer window that the Reds had launched a bid for the five-cap Brazil international, but a move to Merseyside never materialised.

Liverpool did sign four midfielders last summer though, with Dominik Szoboszlai, Alexis Mac Allister, Ryan Gravenberch and Wataru Endo all teaming up with the Reds.
Liverpool are not the only club to have expressed interest in the 22-year-old over the past year, and it seems that Andre has finally secured a switch to England's top tier.
Along with Liverpool, Marco Silva's Fulham were the other side most frequently and reliably linked with Andre.
However, now that defensive midfielder Joao Palhinha has left Craven Cottage to join Bayern Munich, Fulham have reignited their interest in the young Fluminense star.
According to Brazilian outlet Trivela, Fulham are deep in negotiations with Fluminense over a deal for Andre, one that would likely set them back around $32m.
Liverpool have generally opted against exploring the South American market in recent years, but it will be interesting to see whether or not the Reds have missed a trick by not bringing Andre to Anfield.
It will also be intriguing to watch Liverpool's transfer business unfold this summer, with many believing that the club still need a new defensive midfielder.
The Reds have been linked with several already during the transfer season, including Atalanta star Ederson, but reports have been tentative at best.
It's not expected to be a busy transfer window for Liverpool and they may prioritise moves for a new central defender and winger instead.
