Anfield Index Expands Into Live Video Podcasting with Exciting New Shows

This weekend marks a significant milestone for Anfield Index as we officially launch our brand-new live YouTube video podcast match series, bringing fans closer than ever to the action and insights surrounding Liverpool FC. With three fresh shows debuting, we’re excited to extend our well-established podcasting expertise into live video, providing a dynamic and interactive experience for our audience.

Match Day Live: The First-Ever Anfield Index Watch-Along

Leading the charge is Match Day Live, Anfield Index’s inaugural live YouTube watch-along. Hosted by new recruit Jack McIndoe, the show promises to deliver real-time reactions, analysis, and fan interaction as Liverpool face Southampton at St Mary’s in the Premier League.

Jack, a passionate Liverpool fan and a Film & TV Production graduate from Edge Hill University, joins Anfield Index with a wealth of experience in video podcasting, having been a familiar face over at Anfield Road TV. His passion for the club and engaging presence make him the ideal choice to guide fans through every moment of the match.

“We’re thrilled to have Jack on board,” said Eddie Gibbs, Anfield Index’s Director. “His knowledge and energy align perfectly with what we want to bring to our audience through this new venture. It’s been a long time since our last foray into video podcasting with Lockdown Live in 2020, and Jack’s addition feels like the perfect way to kickstart this exciting new chapter.”

The Gags Tandon Show: Instant Match Reactions Return

Anfield Index founder Gags Tandon makes his long-awaited return to podcasting with The Gags Tandon Show, a live instant match reaction video podcast. Following Liverpool’s game against Southampton, Gags will be joined by Jack McIndoe, fresh from his Match Day Live debut, to break down the match’s key moments and share insights with fans worldwide.

This marks a triumphant return for Gags, whose voice has been synonymous with Anfield Index since its inception. His enthusiasm for engaging directly with Liverpool fans through this new medium underscores the ambition behind the platform’s expansion into live video.

Final Whistle: Premier League Weekend Wrap-Up

Rounding out the weekend is Final Whistle, a show that brings Nina Kauser and Ben Pescod to the forefront. New to Anfield Index from sister channel EPL Index, this podcast provides an in-depth look at the weekend’s Premier League action with a particular focus on how results impact Liverpool’s campaign. The duo’s expertise and chemistry promise to make Final Whistle a must-watch for Reds fans looking for a broader perspective on the league.

New Era For Anfield Index

Anfield Index has long been a leader in the audio podcasting space, building a loyal following with its insightful and diverse content. This new move into live video podcasting represents the next stage in its evolution, aiming to create a more engaging and immersive experience for fans. The team hopes that existing audio podcast listeners will embrace the new format and join the conversation on YouTube.

“We’ve always been proud of the community we’ve built through audio podcasting, but live video brings a whole new dimension to what we can offer,” added Eddie Gibbs. “It’s about creating a connection in real-time, and we’re confident our audience will love what’s in store.”
