Marseille, reeling from their Champions League exit, are reshaping the squad again before Monday’s deadline, with at least three players potentially leaving.

Angel Gomes, who joined on a free last summer, could return to England with Wolverhampton on loan, including an option to buy of about seven million euros. His stay would be brief if completed.

Matt O’Riley’s minutes have dwindled and the midfielder has slipped down the pecking order. Having already played for Brighton this season, and being on loan from them until June, his only route would be a return there. Arthur Vermeeren intends to remain until the end of his loan from Leipzig.

Ulisses Garcia is close to Sassuolo, with a loan and four million euros option agreed between the clubs, pending final details. OM have also parted with Ruben Blanco, Pol Lirola to Hellas Verona and Neal Maupay on loan to Sevilla.

On incomings, an agreement with Angers for Himad Abdelli is in place, with the Algeria international due on Monday. The fee is just under three million euros plus a potential one million euros and a small sell-on, per RMC.

Tochukwu Nnadi will be bought from Zulte Waregem, as reported by Foot Mercato. Souffian el-Karouani is also targeted for the left and could sign through to 2030.

If all is finalised by 20:00 on Monday, OM will have executed another window with a raft of ins and outs. Roberto De Zerbi views the churn as a brake on instilling his ideas and must adapt again.
