Angeliño could end up staying at Roma

Spanish fullback Angeliño is being linked with a long-term future at Roma.

The player joined the Giallorossi on loan from Leipzig in January and is rumored to have impressed Daniele De Rossi during these last few months, gaining the manager’s trust and thus pointing toward an extended stay in the Italian capital.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, if De Rossi were to approve of Angeliño’s level by the end of the season, Roma would have no problem in picking up his buy option from Leipzig.

The Giallorossi could easily fulfill the €5 million request of the German side.
