SCO Angers’ talisman, Himad Abdelli, made his first appearance of the Ligue 1 campaign, coming off the bench in a 1-1 draw against FC Metz last weekend.

The attacking midfielder is building back his fitness, and once again, against Olympique Lyonnais on Friday night, he is expected to start the encounter from the bench. Instead, it is expected to be former AS Saint-Étienne midfielder Louis Mouton who starts in the No.10 position. And it will once again be Prosper Peter who leads the line. The Angers academy product is the replacement for Esteban Lepaul, who joined Stade Rennais during the transfer window.

Jim Allevinah is the only absentee for Alexandre Dujeux’s side, as they look to build on their solid start to the season (one win, two draws, one loss).
