La Liga giants Barcelona have on Wednesday been afforded some altogether welcome news on the personnel front.

This comes amid confirmation that Lamine Yamal has returned to group training alongside the rest of Hansi Flick’s squad.

Barcelona’s players not called upon for the November international break reconvened at the Ciutat Esportiva on Tuesday morning.

As much came with a view to kickstarting preparations for a La Liga meeting with Athletic Club this weekend.

Winger Lamine, however, was a notable absence, whilst continuing his individualised recovery programme for a case of pubalgia.

All of a Barcelona persuasion, in turn, will no doubt be delighted to learn of the latest news stemming from Catalunya’s capital 24 hours on.

As per a report from Diario Sport:

‘Lamine worked yesterday in the gym but this morning he took to the pitch with the rest of his teammates.’

The 18-year-old, as a result, is expected to be cleared to play his part against Athletic at the Spotify Camp Nou on Saturday afternoon.
