Benfica are braced for a busy summer over António Silva's future, with several Bundesliga clubs tracking the Portugal international's contract situation.

Despite a €100 million release clause, Sky Sport Germany reports the defender could move for between €15 million and €25 million, with his deal running to 2027 seen as a factor.

The board led by Rui Costa has tabled a renewal, though talks have proved complicated. A stay is not ruled out, but would depend on Benfica meeting the centre-back's terms.

For now, António Silva is focused on the pitch for club and country. Any decision is expected after the season, and Nicolás Otamendi's situation could also shape Benfica's defensive planning.

This season he has played 35 games for Benfica, totalling 2,655 minutes, and has scored once. He has made 19 in Liga Portugal Betclic, 10 in the Champions League, four in the Taça de Portugal, and one apiece in the Taça da Liga and Supertaça. He is valued at €28 million.
