Antony's continued revitalization story has entered another chapter tonight as the Brazilian international has once again been a focal point for Real Betis.
With the Andalusian outfit pushing for a top-four place across what has been another impressive season in La Liga, the 25-year-old's creative influence bubbled to the surface just before half-time.
Already one-nil up away at Mallorca thanks to an 18th-minute opener from Abdessamad Ezzalzouli, Antony turned provider for veteran Congolese striker Cédric Bakambu to double their advantage on the stroke of half-time.
This latest assist gives Antony 33 direct goal contributions since first arriving at Estadio La Cartuja on loan last season, second only to La Liga rival and Seleção colleague Raphinha (40) for the most contributions across Europe's top five leagues for a Brazilian.
Just months away from the 2026 World Cup, Antony's revival in the south of Spain gives him a case for a place in Carlo Ancelotti's squad.
