Arda Güler responds to winning Real Madrid award | OneFootball

Real Madrid star Arda Güler has taken to social media, to provide his response to new of his latest individual prize.

This comes after the Turk was on Thursday named Los Blancos’ official Player of the Month for October.

Arda has been in fine form across the month to date, continuing to justify his place in the first-choice XI of new boss Xabi Alonso.

The 20-year-old shone across appearances against the likes of Getafe and Juventus, in the process taking his tally for the campaign to eight direct goal contributions.

After being put forward as one of five nominees for Real Madrid’s standout performer for October last week, Arda in turn officially beat out the competition on Thursday.

And as alluded to above, the midfield starlet has since moved to make clear his appreciation for the award.

Taking to his official Instagram account this evening, Arda wrote:

“Thank you everyone for your support.”
