Argentina to be based in Kansas City for 2026 World Cup

The Argentine Football Association announced on Wednesday that the reigning champions will set up camp there for the tournament, which runs from 11 June to 19 July.
Kansas City, on the border of Kansas and Missouri in the central United States, will host two group matches, the opener against Algeria on 16 June and the third fixture against Jordan on 27 June.
Lionel Scaloni’s side play their other group game against Austria in Dallas, Texas, on 22 June.
No details were given on accommodation or training arrangements.
