Aron Dönnum has again been left out of Toulouse's squad for Saturday's Ligue 1 trip to Rennes.

Head coach Carles Martinez Novell said on Friday that the club had decided to sideline him for two matches, which he respects. He added that Dönnum should return for the Coupe de France quarter-final at OM at the Vélodrome on Wednesday, if all goes well. The winger was already omitted for last week's 1-1 draw with Paris FC.

Despite the sanction, the Norway international trained as normal this week on l'île du Ramier.

He also took part in Wednesday's Fan Day at the Stadium with supporters.

The internal punishment follows his behaviour in the dressing room at the Stade Océane after the 1-2 defeat to Le Havre.
