Arouca sweep aside 10-man Nacional to rise to 10th

Arouca beat Nacional 3-0 on Saturday at the Estádio Municipal de Arouca, climbing from 12th to 10th in Liga Portugal.

After the restart, in the 47th minute Alfonso Trezza Hernandez drilled a right-footed finish into the top corner from the right of the box, set up by Lee Hyun-Ju.

Chiheb Labidi received a second yellow and was sent off in the 51st minute, leaving Nacional with 10 men.

Lee Hyun-Ju doubled the lead with a close-range header (67.). Substitute Dylan Nandín then thumped in from the centre after Pablo Gonzalbez's pass (72.).

Lee Hyun-Ju later received a second yellow and was sent off (83.).

Ignacio de Arruabarrena made five saves to preserve the clean sheet. Arouca controlled possession at 61.3%. Nacional mustered 15 attempts but could not find a way through.
