In a recent report, Fichajes stated that Arsenal are eyeing a move for Club Brugge winger Christos Tzolis. It is understood that the Gunners are showing interest in recruiting the Greek talent in this transfer window.

The 24-year-old had a productive campaign at the Belgian club as he put in a lot of impressive displays for them in the final third. Tzolis found the back of the net 22 times and earned 29 assists in 52 matches for Club Brugge last season in multiple competitions.

The Greek talent is currently one of the best wingers in European football. Therefore, it won’t be easy for the Gunners to sign him on a cut-price deal later this year.

His current contract at Club Brugge will expire in the summer of 2029, which could make it difficult for Arsenal to sign him on the cheap in this transfer window.

Should Arsenal Boss Mikel Arteta Get Tzolis On Board?

Tzolis can make a few dangerous runs with the ball out in the wide areas. He has got the vision to create some inviting chances for his teammates to score and can strike the ball with venom from long range. Tzolis can chip in by scoring and creating his fair share of goals from the flanks.

The Greek sensation is primarily a left-winger but can also function as a right-sided wide player or as a centre-forward if needed. However, there are some concerns over whether he can adapt to the physical style and high intensity of the Premier League if the Gunners manage to snap him up later this year.

Tzolis would add more quality and depth to Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta’s frontline. He is good enough to challenge for a regular first-team place at the North London club in the coming seasons.

At 24, Tzolis has his peak years ahead of him, which makes him a decent choice for Arsenal to consider in this transfer window. However, Arteta has to be patient with his development before he can get the best out of the player. Still, the Gunners would be wise to get Tzolis on board in this summer transfer window.
