In a recent post on X, journalist Christian Falk revealed that Arsenal are leading the chase for Club Brugge forward Nicolo Tresoldi. It has been mentioned that the Gunners are eyeing a move to bring the German talent to the Emirates Stadium this off-season.

Tresoldi’s Impressive Form In Belgian Football

Tresoldi has enjoyed a decent run of form at the Belgian club as he has put in a series of impressive displays for them in front of the opposition goal during this campaign. The 21-year-old has banged in 17 goals and earned five assists in 48 matches for Club Brugge this season on all fronts.

The German sensation has proven his worth as a consistent goal-scorer in the Jupiler Pro League. Hence, it is no surprise that the Gunners are showing interest in recruiting Tresoldi.

His current contract at the Belgian club will run out in the summer of 2029, which would make it tough for Arsenal to sign him on the cheap this off-season.

Should Arsenal Boss Mikel Arteta Get Tresoldi On Board?

Tresoldi is proficient at finding a yard of space for himself to get some strikes in at goal. He has got the vision to create the odd chance for his teammates to find the back of the net.

The German sensation can make some clever runs with the ball on the offensive end of the field. Tresoldi has proven his worth as a decent goal-getter in Belgian football. Standing at 1.86m, he can be a strong presence in the air as well. However, it remains to be seen whether the German can make a smooth transition to life in the Premier League.

We can expect Tresoldi to add more firepower to Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta’s frontline. He is good enough to challenge for regular first-team football at the Emirates Stadium next season.

At 21, the future looks quite bright for Tresoldi as long as he continues to improve with each year. However, there are some concerns over whether he can maintain his good form in the Premier League. Still, the pros outweigh the cons of recruiting someone with his potential. Thus, Arteta should focus on trying everything in his power to get him on board later this year.
