Arsenal have begun talks to sign RB Leipzig defender Castello Lukeba this summer, though a move remains only a possibility. According to L'Équipe, the 23-year-old France international, capped once, could leave the Bundesliga club in the next window.
Despite a disappointing campaign, with Leipzig fifth in the Bundesliga, Lukeba, under contract until 2029, should attract significant interest. After three seasons in eastern Germany, the former Lyon player could move on.

The Premier League and La Liga are understood to be his preferred destinations.
A Gunners scout attended Leipzig’s 2-2 draw with Dortmund on 21 February to watch the left-footed centre-back.
No offer has been made to the player or to Leipzig at this stage. The German club hope competition will lift the price to between €60m and €70m.
