Arsenal could offer €120m to Real Madrid for Vinicius; ready to meet player’s demands – report | OneFootball

According to Cadena SER, Premier League champions Arsenal would be prepared to meet Vinicius Jr.’s financial demands and could also offer Real Madrid a transfer package worth around €100 million plus €20 million in bonuses.

The Gunners are keeping a close eye on the 26-year-old Brazilian’s situation, with contract talks at Real Madrid not progressing smoothly.

Given that he is in the final year of his current deal, Los Blancos will be forced to part ways with their star winger if no agreement is reached in order to avoid losing him for free.

And, Arsenal have presented themselves as the strongest suitor for Vinicius, prepared to strike if there is an opening.

As per the report, Arsenal would be prepared to shell out a sum of €100 million plus another €20 million in add-ons for Vinicius, taking the total value of the deal to €120 million.

On top of that, the Premier League champions are also prepared to meet he Brazilian superstar’s salary demands.

As things stand, Vinicius is holding out for a package of €30 million from Real Madrid, who are unwilling to offer more than €24 million including add-ons.

With still no breakthrough in sight, Arsenal are circling, ready to make their move and lure one of Real Madrid’s biggest players away from the Santiago Bernabeu.

Should such a move materialize, Vinicius would become the centerpiece of Mikel Arteta’s project and one of the Premier League’s biggest stars.

As already reported, the Spanish tactician is understood to be crazy about signing the Real Madrid winger and has even spoken to the player’s camp about how he would become the focal point of the team.

In fact, reports earlier today even suggested that there is growing confidence in the Arsenal dressing room that Vinicius will eventually arrive at the Emirates Stadium this summer.

For now, though, no agreement has been reached between any of the parties. Nonetheless, the Gunners have put themselves in a strong position to sign Vinicius if his renewal talks at Real Madrid fail.
