Brazil have named their squad for the October international break, and Arsenal duo Gabriel Magalhaes and Gabriel Martinelli have both been included.
Brazil have already concluded their World Cup qualification campaign, so their matches this month will be friendly games against South Korea and Japan.

The two games will be played away from home in Seoul and Tokyo, so it will be the usual long-haul travel for the two Arsenal players.
Though on the upside, the time zone of the fixtures means Brazil’s international break will be done by around midday on Tuesday UK time, rather than the usual Wednesday AM finish when they play games in Brazil on Tuesday nights.

Gabriel was a starter for Brazil throughout the World Cup qualification campaign, up until his hamstring injury at the end of last season.
The 27-year-old missed the June international break as a result, but he was back in the squad in September, playing 90 minutes and helping Brazil to a clean sheet against Chile. He did then sit out of the following game, but it was a dead rubber, with Brazil already through to the World Cup.
As for Martinelli, the winger has been playing a bigger role for Brazil under Carlo Ancelotti, and his three goals for Arsenal since the last break can’t have hurt his chances of another call-up.
