Arsenal reportedly retain an interest in signing Ajax defender Jorrel Hato this summer.
The Mirror say Hato has been on Arsenal’s radar since 2023 but any move this summer would likely depend on whether Jakub Kiwior leaves the club.
Kiwior has stepped up in place of the injured Gabriel of late but has otherwise struggled for minutes this campaign.
Hato has been used largely at left-back this season but can also play in central defence. Kieran Tierney is set to depart for Celtic this summer while Oleksandr Zinchenko is also expected to leave meaning the Gunners will require reinforcements on the left side of defence.
Meanwhile, The Sun are reporting that Arsenal are eyeing up a move for Real Madrid youngster Arda Guler.
Guler has struggled for minutes since he joined Real Madrid. The 20-year-old has made just eight La Liga starts this season and Arsenal could try to sign the highly-rated Turk, in a move that would be reminiscent of their signing of Martin Odegaard. The promising youngster would cost the Gunners a transfer fee in the region of £40 million.
London rivals Chelsea and Manchester United, meanwhile, reportedly face competition from Everton for the signing of striker Liam Delap.
The Sun say Delap is top of the list of strikers wanted by Toffees boss David Moyes, where he would likely be guaranteed a starting spot.
Elsewhere, Sky Germany report that Inter Miami are interested in signing Kevin De Bruyne. Two weeks ago, the Belgian announced that he will be leaving Man City at the end of the season. The midfielder is expected to join a side in either the MLS or the Saudi Pro League.
San Diego FC had been frontrunners in the race for the 33-year-old’s signature. However, De Bruyne may be tempted by the opportunity to play alongside Lionel Messi in Miami.
De Bruyne’s current club Man City reportedly have their eyes set on Florian Wirtz as De Bruyne’s replacement. The 21-year-old German international is the star of Xabi Alonso’s Bayer Leverkusen and has 20 goal contributions in the Bundesliga this season, and is expected to cost north of £100 million.
The Mirror reports that City would be willing to include both James McAtee and Stefan Ortega in a potential deal. However, the Blues will face stiff competition from Bayern Munich who are desperate to secure Wirtz’s signature.
And TalkSport claim Saudi side Al Nassr could look to move for Liverpool’s Luis Diaz this summer.
