Arsenal ‘ready to finalise’ move for winger, young defender ‘visits training ground’ – latest transfer reports | OneFootball

Arsenal are said to be “ready to finalise” a deal to bring winger Christos Tzolis to the club.

That is according to The Sun, who say the Gunners are “close to completing an agreement with Brugge” for the transfer of the Greek international for a fee of around £35m.

Hayters understands that Arsenal are considering signing Tzolis but have yet to make a final decision.

The Gunners are keen to bring in a left winger this summer, with Morgan Rogers their top target.

Leandro Trossard is set to leave the club for Besiktas, while Gabriel Martinelli could also depart.

Meanwhile, The Daily Mail report that 18-year-old Elijah Upson has visited Arsenal’s training ground as he considers his next move after leaving Tottenham.

But Manchester City, Chelsea, Everton, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig and Monaco are also said to be among those keen on the youngster.

Elsewhere, BBC Sport report that Neco Williams is attracting interest from several Premier League clubs, including Newcastle United and Manchester United.

But Forest are said to be confident that Williams will sign a new deal at the City Ground.

Manchester United are, however, close to completing the signing of goalkeeper Karl Darlow following the expiration of his contract at Leeds.

Andrey Santos is also set to complete his move to Old Trafford in a £50m deal from Chelsea.

Newcastle United are also believed to be close to another signing, having agreed a £49m deal to bring in Switzerland midfielder Johan Manzambi.
