With the summer transfer window winding down, Victor Osimhen’s future at Napoli remains unresolved. Despite being linked with Arsenal, Chelsea, and Paris Saint-Germain these last couple of months, the Nigerian striker hasn’t made a move yet.

Moreover, there have been conflicting reports regarding the Parisians’ interest in Osimhen. Recently, L’Equipe reported that PSG have decided not to pursue a deal for Osimhen despite Gonçalo Ramos’ injury blow.

These next few days should prove interesting to see what club makes a serious bid for the 25-year-old striker. Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport (h/t Football Italia) reports that the Gunners could be ready to make a bid for the player.

The newspaper claims that Arsenal are ready to dive back in with an offer close to the new €100 million plus bonuses asking price.

RMC Sport’s Fabrice Hawkins also reported that although PSG believe their attack is fixed, they’re not ruling out pursuing the Napoli star to make one last major purchase this summer.

“PSG feel they’ve already strengthened their attack,” Hawkins said on RMC Sport. “But with just a week left, they’ll stay alert. If there’s an opportunity to bring in Osimhen, who is eager to join, they won’t close the door on that possibility.”
