Arsenal’s elimination has reshaped the FA Cup picture ahead of Leeds United’s quarter-final at West Ham, sharpening the odds and hinting at a clearer route.

According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, the revised outright prices now make Manchester City 3-4, Chelsea 3-1, West Ham 12-1, Leeds 14-1 and Southampton 20-1. Those figures had been 10-3, 9-2, 16-1, 20-1 and 66-1 respectively, with some firms as short as 11s on Leeds.

Saturday opened with City beating Liverpool 4-0 at the Etihad, Erling Haaland scoring a hat-trick. Chelsea then thrashed League Two strugglers Port Vale 7-0 at Stamford Bridge. The shock followed as Championship hosts Southampton defeated Premier League leaders Arsenal 2-1.

Leeds meet West Ham at 4.30pm on Sunday at the London Stadium to complete the last four. If Daniel Farke’s side progress, they will have a one in three chance of drawing Championship opposition for a place in the final.

A semi-final against Southampton would also offer Leeds the prospect of payback for their defeat to the Saints in May 2024’s Championship play-off final.
