“At just 10 years old, he has won the Under 11’s Sutton Player of the Year award. He is part of an excellent team at Sutton, which has been instrumental in teaching him the essential fundamentals to one day reach his full potential.

“Kingston is extremely dedicated and is pursuing his dream of becoming the world’s best footballer. Stay tuned!”

Kingston’s move to Hale End follows in the footsteps of a family steeped in elite sport.

Haye himself was undisputed world cruiserweight champion in 2008 and later WBA heavyweight champion, while Kingston’s older brother Cassius Haye, 17, is a tennis player ranked on the ITF Junior Tour.

Kingston will be part of Arsenal’s u13 side next season.
