Arsenal are reportedly set to make an offer to sign to sign Georgia Under-21 international Andria Bartishvili.
BBC Sport say the Gunners will make a pre-contract offer for the 17-year-old, who is contracted with FC Kolkheti until the end of 2026.
But despite talks over a move ongoing, Bartishvili is also attracting interest from other top European clubs, the report adds.
The Gunners’ offer for another young star has been rejected, though, with The Telegraph reporting that their opening bid for Jeremy Monga has been turned down by Leicester City.
It is expected that Arsenal will go back in with another offer for the 16-year-old, who made 30 first-team appearances for the Foxes last season.
Meanwhile, Sky Sports say Barcelona are keen on signing Tottenham defender Micky van de Ven.
The Dutchman is said to have held initial talks over a contract extension at Spurs but an agreement has yet to be reached.
Fellow Premier League clubs are also keen on the 25-year-old too, but Tottenham are reluctant to lose him, with two years plus a year option left on his contract.
Spurs completed the signing of defender Jan Paul van Hecke from Brighton on Thursday, and are now looking to add quality in midfield, with The Athletic reporting that West Ham’s Mateus Fernandes is of interest.
Spurs head coach Roberto De Zerbi is pushing to sign Fernandes, the report says, but West Ham want £80m for the 21-year-old.
Newcastle’s Sandro Tonali is also a target, but Tottenham face competition from Manchester City for the Italian.
Elsewhere, the Daily Mail say RB Leipzig are interested in a move for Everton striker Thierno Barry.
And Merseyside rivals Liverpool have completed the signing of winger Victor Munoz, with their attentions now focused on agreeing a deal for RB Leipzig attacker Yan Diomande.
