Sancho earns in the region of £250,000 a week and Arsenal are unwilling to spend that kind of money on the player. The Gunners need more depth in the wide areas and Sancho could have been a useful addition for them.

The 24-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at Manchester United and he needs to leave permanently in order to get his career back on track. He was on loan at Borussia Dortmund during the second half of last season and he was quite impressive for them. Sancho played a key role in their run to the UEFA Champions League finals.

The winger will be hoping to secure a permanent exit from Manchester United this summer, and it will be interesting to see where he ends up.

Previously, we have covered reports that he was offered to Chelsea as well. The Blues decided to reject the opportunity to sign the England international. It seems that Arsenal have now done the same as well.
