Eberechi Eze could make his first start for Arsenal this afternoon as Nottingham Forest come to town, while William Saliba remains in contention to play.
Eze, who joined Arsenal from Crystal Palace as part of a deal worth over £60million last month, made his Gunners debut at Anfield two weeks ago.
The attacking midfielder came off the bench for the final 20 minutes on Merseyside, but could not stop Arsenal falling to a 1-0 defeat.
Eze could now come into the team this weekend, though, in place of Gabriel Martinelli on the left flank.
Arsenal will definitely be without Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus for the visit of Forest due to knee injuries.
Bukayo Saka will miss the game as well as he nurses his latest hamstring issue, though Mikel Arteta revealed on Friday that Saliba was already training after the ankle injury that forced him off early at Anfield, with a late call to be made on his involvement.
Noni Madueke is likely to start in place of Saka, while Cristhian Mosquera is the favourite to come in if Saliba doesn’t start after impressing off the bench at Anfield.
Ben White has missed the last two games due to injury, but is set to return to the squad on Saturday.
Christian Norgaard has not featured since pre-season, however he has been back training this week.
Deadline-day signing Piero Hincapie is set to be in the squad and could make his debut for Arsenal.
Predicted Arsenal XI (4-3-3): Raya; Timber, Mosquera, Gabriel, Calafiori; Odegaard, Zubimendi, Rice; Madueke, Gyokeres, Eze
Doubt: Saliba
Injured: Saka, Havertz, Jesus
