Uxbridge FC confirmed on Saturday that they’ve completed the signing of Arsenal’s Cam’ron Ismail on an initial 28-day loan deal from the Gunners.
That deal should take us to December 27th, presumably including the game against Hanwell Town on the 27th itself to conclude Uxbridge’s 2025 fixture list.
Uxbridge play in the Southern Football League’s Premier Division South, the seventh tier of the English football pyramid, and they’re fighting for promotion to the National League. At the time of writing, they’re three points behind the play-off places.

Ismail’s scholarship contract at Arsenal came to an end this summer, at which point he signed professional terms. But the 19-year-old is yet to feature on the pitch for the academy this season, so the loan to Uxbridge will give him some much-needed minutes.
The move to Uxbridge also isn’t a particularly disruptive one for the player, with the club less than 45 minutes drive away from Arsenal’s London Colney training centre.
Ismail’s transfer has a lot in common with Daniel Oyetunde’s move to St. Albans City over the last month. Like Ismail, Oyetunde was struggling for minutes with Arsenal, so he joined a local non-league club on a month-long loan.
Oyetunde got some minutes with St. Albans and scored his first senior goal, but his minutes understandably dried up after the club’s change in manager. The youth striker’s loan expires today.

Ismail will hope to make an impact on his own loan spell, with Uxbridge having five league games to play during the next four weeks.
That run starts with a home game against Walton and Hersham on Saturday, December 6th at 15:00 GMT.
