Serie A side Milan have initiated no contact with Arsenal’s Gabriel Jesus over a possible transfer.

According to an update by Fabrizio Romano and Matteo Moretto (via Calcio Mercato), the Rossoneri have distanced themselves from the Gunners‘ forward Jesus despite recent links suggesting initial contact

The 29-year-old centre forward, whose current contract with Arsenal ends in the summer of 2027, recently became a topic of interest among the Via Aldo Rossi club’s circle. However, Massimiliano Allegri’s side have decided to prioritise other targets instead of spending their entire resources on Jesus.

Milan are currently hoping to take a call on transfer matters after confirming their top-four league position, as a Champions League qualification will ensure they have the requisite funds to make transfers.

Allegri is probing the likes of Barcelona’s Robert Lewandowski (whose contract expires soon), Moise Kean (who has a €62million release clause with Fiorentina to be paid in a single instalment), Dušan Vlahović (stalled contract renewal talks with Juventus, but set to resume later this month), and Joshua Zirkzee (a former target). However, a final call is yet to be taken.
