According to Florian Plettenberg, AS Monaco have agreed to sign Borussia Dortmund striker Paris Brunner.
It had previously been reported that the Ligue 1 outfit were keen to lure Brunner away from the Westfalenstadion before the end of the transfer window but had not yet met BvB’s asking price.
Nevertheless, as stated in the report, the two clubs have now reached an agreement over the permanent transfer of the 18-year-old.
It is understood that Monaco will pay Dortmund slightly over €4 million for the teenager, who will sign a four-year contract with Adi Hütter’s side after undergoing a medical later this week.
As well as this, Die Schwarzgelben have been able to negotiate a sell-on clause for Brunner, but at this stage, the percentage is unknown.
It has also been agreed upon that Brunner will spend the 2024–25 campaign on loan at Club Brugge, who have recently sold Antonio Nusa to RB Leipzig for a reported fee of €20 million.
