AS Monaco ‘have shortlisted’ Stoke City’s Éric Bocat, Burnley also in the race

Sacha Tavolieri reports that AS Monaco have shortlisted Stoke City full-back Éric Bocat as they look to reinforce at left-back, and no immediate deal is expected.

Monaco have sold two left-backs this summer. Caio Henrique joined Ajax Amsterdam, then Kassoum Ouattara left for Besiktas on a permanent deal.

One arrival has been made in that position. Nazinho signed from partner club Cercle Brugge and started the Ligue 1 opener against Le Havre AC on Sunday.
