AS Roma vs Juventus – Predicted lineup and team news

AS Roma and Juventus face off at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday in a key Serie A clash, with both teams fighting for a place in next season’s Champions League.

Roma sit fourth in the table and hold a four-point cushion over sixth-placed Juventus, so a positive result would help them strengthen that advantage in the race for a top-four finish.

AS Roma team news

Gian Piero Gasperini must decide late on whether Paulo Dybala can feature, as the forward has been out for the last four matches with a left knee problem.

The Roma coach has already confirmed that Matias Soule will not be involved against Juventus, even though the attacker has shaken off a groin issue, stating in his press conference that “Soule won’t be available for Sunday.”

Mario Hermoso is again an option after almost three weeks out with a foot injury, although a new lower-body concern could still keep him sidelined.

Stephan El Shaarawy has moved back to partial training while managing an Achilles issue and may be used from the bench if his condition allows.

Forwards Artem Dovbyk and Evan Ferguson are still unavailable due to their respective injuries, with both projected to return to action sometime in April.
