Aston Villa set sights on two La Liga wingers | OneFootball

Premier League outfit Aston Villa have circled the names of a pair of La Liga players in red, amid an ongoing search for reinforcements out wide.

The players in question? Abde Ezzalzouli, and Víctor Muñoz.

Both Ez and Muñoz are in the midst of fine individual campaigns to date, on the books of Real Betis and Osasuna respectively.

The former’s numbers have been particularly impressive, to the tune of 14 goals and 13 assists across all competitions.

Ex-Real Madrid talent Muñoz, now a full Spanish international, meanwhile, has enjoyed a breakout season, lighting up Osasuna’s left flank courtesy of lightning pace, and ample goals and assists of his own.

And as alluded to above, such exploits have not gone at all overlooked in the Premier League.

As per a report from market insider Matteo Moretto:

‘Aston Villa are sounding out several wingers, and on the list are Abde, Víctor Muñoz, and Jesús Rodríguez (Como).’
