Leeds United will be without Noah Okafor because of a hamstring issue, while Aston Villa manage several absentees and two doubts ahead of Saturday’s Premier League match, according to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk.

Daniel Farke’s side reached the FA Cup fifth round after a penalty shootout win at Birmingham City, then turned attention back to survival. They sit three places and six points above 18th-placed West Ham, with a chance to pull further clear before the Hammers host Bournemouth.

For Villa, Boubacar Kamara is out for the rest of the season after a knee injury sustained in January’s FA Cup tie against Tottenham Hotspur.

Youri Tielemans suffered an ankle injury in last month’s 2-0 win at Newcastle United and is thought to be facing around eight weeks out, so he misses Leeds. Captain John McGinn picked up a knee problem in last month’s 1-0 defeat to Everton and has since had surgery, with a similar two-month timeframe.

Back-up goalkeeper Marco Bizot serves a one-game ban after a straight red card in the FA Cup defeat to Newcastle, and he was unlikely to feature regardless. Matty Cash has missed the last two matches with a knee issue and, while an initial target was this fixture, his return remains unconfirmed.

Emi Buendia took a knock in that tie but completed the match, and after a full week it appears more likely he will be available than not.

Leeds also had encouraging news, with a trio back in contention to bolster Farke’s squad.
