José Mourinho believes that Fredrik Aursnes is going through a rough patch. In the aftermath of the victory over Gil Vicente (2-1), the Special One praised the Norwegian's attributes but assured that the 'number 8' "has not been doing well" in recent matches.

"There is no time for major surgeries. At most, a little bit of botox in the exact places to change the shape and give youth [laughs]. The team is very tired. Aursnes is 'a jack of all trades'," the Special One began by saying at the press conference.

However, Mourinho admitted that the Norwegian has not been at his best: "In the last two games, he had many difficulties, it's a matter of focus. The team needs to rest and boost confidence levels. I need to get to know them as well. Don't take this the wrong way, but no two coaches are the same."

"The coach cannot change some things he doesn't like with a snap of the fingers. The players need a little time. When that expression of the psychological whip was used, I say the methodological whip. We need to work differently and need time," concluded José Mourinho.
