Axel Disasi joins Crystal Palace on loan | OneFootball

French defender Axel Disasi has completed a loan move to Crystal Palace for the 2026/27 season.

The 28-year-old joins the Eagles having not played for the Chelsea first team since January 2025, after having initially joined the club from AS Monaco in the summer of 2023.

Disasi spent the second half of the 2024/25 campaign on loan at Aston Villa and joined West Ham United on loan earlier this year for the back end of last season. Now the five-time France international has reinforced the Eagles.

"I'm very happy," Disasi said after completing the move. "The club has been going in a very good direction, so I think it was the right place for me to keep going.

"I know that it's very tough to play against Palace at Selhurst Park - so I'm looking forward to being on the other side now!"

During his time with the Hammers last season, Disasi played 17 times in total, scoring once.
