Axel Disasi undergoes medical ahead of West Ham loan

According to L'Équipe, Axel Disasi underwent a medical on Monday evening ahead of a loan move from Chelsea to West Ham until the end of the season. West Ham are 18th in the Premier League.

The centre-back, 27, has five France caps. He was sidelined for the entire first half of the season, then reinstated by Liam Rosenior on 20 January.

Chelsea also sent him on loan to Aston Villa for the second half of last season. His last senior outing was on 22 April, a 1-2 defeat to Manchester City.

So far in 2025-26 he has made three appearances for Chelsea’s reserves, including a 1-3 loss to PSG on 3 December.

The move is aimed at securing more minutes before the season closes.
